What is included in your wedding packages?
Our wedding packages include venue rental, tables, chairs, two or three days of private access at our luxury barn and property, and much more. We do all of the setup and breakdown to your specifications and all of the cleanup. You just relax and celebrate!
Can we hold both the ceremony and reception at the ranch?
Yes! C Bar Ranch offers beautiful outdoor spaces for ceremonies and a spacious barn for receptions, providing a seamless transition for your special day. And for getting-ready time before the party starts, there are separate getting-ready rooms for the bride tribe and the groom and his guys.
Is the venue air-conditioned?
Absolutely, our luxury barn is fully air-conditioned to ensure comfort for you and your guests, regardless of the season.
What is the maximum capacity for events?
Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 seated guests, and still have room for a large dance floor, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.
Are there any accommodations nearby for guests?
Yes! We can recommend several hotels and rentals within a short drive from C Bar Ranch.
Do you offer catering services?
While we do not provide in-house catering, we happily can recommend vendors offering a variety of culinary options to suit your taste and budget. We only recommend vendors who’ve done a great job at a great price for our couples.
Is there a backup plan for inclement weather?
Yes! The barn serves as a perfect indoor alternative to ensure your event proceeds smoothly, regardless of the weather. We’ve held gorgeous weddings inside, even when the weather was perfect outside. It’s your choice!
And, as a bonus, our venue is equipped with a generator that powers on automatically in the event of an outage. So your party can continue, even if everyone else in the area is without power.
Can we visit the venue before booking?
Of course! We encourage you to schedule a tour to experience the beauty and amenities of C Bar Ranch firsthand. We can do tours by appointment most Mondays through Thursdays and on select Fridays and Saturdays.
What is your policy on decorations?
We want you to be able to transform the space into your personalized party barn. So we allow a wide range of decorations that reflect your personality. From live-flame candles to sparkler exits, we strive to say yes to special requests. Our couples also can use items from our decor collection at no extra charge.
